Effects of GLP-1 on the expression of inflammatory genes in human THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were left untreated or exposed to 5 ng/ml LPS for 3 h in the presence or absence of 2.5 nM GLP-1. The expression of selected inflammatory genes and GLP1R was determined by real-time PCR.
