Flow cytometric analysis of monocytes differention into dendritic cells. The differentiation from monocytes was confirmed based on the comparison of CD14, CD209, CD80 and HLA-DR expression between monocytes, iDCs and mDCs, analysis of overlaid histogram by flow cytometry as follows: (A) there is decreasing expression of CD14 according to DC status of differentiation and maturation, and increasing expression of (B) CD209; (C) CD80 and (D) HLA-DR.
