VhCBP variants were titrated with (GlcNAc)2 under the conditions given in Experimental procedures. Thermodynamic values (Kd, ΔGο, ΔHο, −TΔSο) are derived from the corresponding thermograms shown in Figure 5 and are presented as the mean ± SD, which were obtained from three separate sets of experiments.
