Participants are asked if they have any of the following behavioral health conditions: attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, depression, drug abuse disorder, gambling addiction, generalized anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and/or schizophrenia.

Binge drinking defined as 4 or more drinks in a day for women and 5 or more drinks in a day for men.
