Physicians may also use it during initial medical visits with people with diabetes (40 minutes).
Municipality rehabilitation service centers	Type 2 diabetes referred from general practice for lifestyle, health promotion, and diabetes education	The PRO is used during initial start-up visits at municipality centers and is potentially used during 3-month follow-up evaluation visits by multidisciplinary HCPsb (dietitians and physiotherapists).
Primary care	Mainly type 2 diabetes treated regularly in primary practice	The PRO tool is used in regular routine and on-demand visits in primary practice settings (physician and nurse).
