Organization of culture-generated tissue: Bronchotubule Triple Culture in 0.5/25% Agrigel Day 20

Bronchotubules arise from spheroids and form bifurcating branches over 20 days culture. Normal healthy human lung fibroblasts (NHLF, green) and normal healthy human airway smooth muscle (HASM, red) cells surround and support the growth of normal healthy human bronchial epithelial cells (NHBEC, gray).
