Western blot was used to analyze the expression of the M1 pro-inflammatory markers iNOS (A), TNF-α (B), IL-1β (C), and IL-6 (D), and the M2 anti-inflammatory marker ARG-1 (E). The corresponding loading controls for β-actin are also shown in each panel. The quantitative measures were normalized to β-actin.
