Effects of LBE on o-Aβ-induced inflammatory cytokine secretion in IMG cells.

IMG cells were pretreated with LBE (100 or 250 μg/mL) for 1 hour followed by treatment with o-Aβ (5 μM) for another 23 hours. (A–C) Concentrations of TNF-α (A), IL-1β (B), and IL-6 (C) in culture supernatant were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits.
