IL-8-induced chemotaxis from PMNs depends on PI3K. Chemotaxis of PMNs was induced by IL-8 in the presence of either one of the PI3K isoform-selective inhibitors. The attracted cell number during a time period of 60min is shown. Data were normalized to positive control (chemotaxis induced by IL-8 in the presence of solvent). Data are shown as Tukey's box-and-whisker plots. n = 5.
