Within each panel, the top row shows the results of the continuously varying R estimation, and the bottom of the piecewise constant R estimation. The left column shows the R estimates, whereas the right shows the ratio between R estimated for B.1.1.7 and R estimated for all nonB.1.1.7 variants. The confidence intervals for the R of non-B117 variants show a 7-day periodicity due to lower case reporting on weekends. The R value was allowed to change on 18 January 2021 in the statistical inference as measures were tightened on that day.
