UEA lineage is relatively nonpolymorphic in nurse shark individuals. The Southern blot was performed with gDNA from different unrelated and related nurse shark individuals using five restriction enzymes [(A) BamHI, EcoRI, and HindIII; (B) RsaI and HaeIII].
