C57BL/6 mice were immunized intranasally (i.n.) with IWC of A. baumannii LAC-4 (IWC(A.b)) and challenged intratracheally (i.t.) with (A) P. aeruginosa (1 × 10⁷ CFU, n = 10), (B) K. pneumoniae (1 × 10⁷ CFU, n = 5), (C) S. aureus (5 × 10⁷ CFU, n = 5), or (D) S. pneumoniae (2 × 10⁷ CFU, n = 5) at day 7 after immunization.
