The peaks deduced from the experimental 2D TOCSY NMR spectrum (shown in Fig. 1b) from the 2D contour lines using the automatic peak picking function (pp2d) in Bruker TopSpin 3.6. The peak picking level was adjusted according to the contour projection magnitude threshold to avoid picking artifacts and noise peaks. Peaks are annotated in the TOCSY spectrum using the red square symbol associated with the peak number.
