PRP enhanced cell migration and proliferation of hDPCs. (A) In scrape assay, hDPCs were seeded into 6-well plates in the presence of 1 and 10% FBS and 1, 5, 10, and 20% PRP for 24 h. In transwell assay, hDPCs were seeded into the upper chamber of transwell plates, with different concentrations of FBS or PRP in the lower chamber for 24 h (scale bar, 50 μm).
