Effect of FDMPO on viability of melanoma cells and normal fibroblcytes. (A) melanoma cells and (B) normal fibroblcytes were treated in with the different concentrations of FDMPO (0, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 µM) and cell viability was measured by MTT assay at 12 h.
