Error bars represent the 95% confidence interval around the estimates. The areas of the squares are proportional to the inverse of the variance of the log ORs. * denotes proteins that have coloc_SNP that are either missense variants or in linkage disequilibrium with missense variants, rendering their effect estimates potentially biased.
