SupT1 cells were stimulated with 100 ng/ml CXCL12 in the presence of peptides for 2 min. Afterward, the reaction was stopped by adding 2% PFA and shifting the cells to 4 °C. Cells were then permeabilized and subsequently stained with antibodies against pAkt (a) and pErk (b) for analysis in flow cytometry. Shown are data derived from three individual experiments ± SEM.
