Coimmunoprecipitation of FlgG with SltF in the presence of excess of FlgJ. The proteins were used at a FlgG/SltF/FlgJ molar ratio of 1:1:5. The assays were performed using anti-FlgG gamma globulins as described in Materials and Methods. The purified proteins were used at a concentration of 0.3 or 1.5 μM and loaded onto 17.5% SDS-PAGE gels, and anti-His polyclonal antibodies were used to detect the proteins.
