Mean sensorgrams from TyTx mAbs binding with typhoid toxin-coated series S CM5 chips (5–10 μg/mL) over a range of high (silver) and low (green) concentrations (nM). Sensorgrams were normalized to fit a bivalent binding model using the Biacore T200 evaluation software (GE Healthcare). Calculated equilibrium constant (KD) values are indicated in the graph.
