Effects of miR-378a-5p inhiation are partly reversed by the downregulation of LINC00514 and SPHK1 in ESCC cells. (A) ESCC cell proliferation was assessed using a CCK-8 assay in the NC inhibitor, miR-378a-5p inhibitor, miR-378a-5p inhibitor + LINC00514 siRNA2 and SPHK1 siRNA groups. (B) Cell invasive ability was detected using a Transwell chamber assay in the various groups. (C) Quantification of the number of cells that had invaded in the various groups. Data was compared using a one-way ANOVA with a post hoc Tukey's test.
