Table 3.

In vitro cytotoxicity of complexes in cancer cells and the normal cell line, MRC5 using MTT assay. IC50(μM) values obtained are an extrapolation from corresponding dose–response curves performed in triplicate and normalized to an untreated control. DMSO Stock solution of compounds used were serially diluted and added to cells with final DMSO concentration of < 1%.
