Inclusion criteria
| Age 18 or above |
| Local disease at the time of diagnosis |
| Surgical treatment for lower extremity STS |
| Treated at Helsinki University Hospital by STS group |
| Treated between 2006 and 2015 |
| Minimum postoperative follow-up 6 months |
| Returned signed informed consent form |
