Out of 992 participants, using the FiRST criteria for the diagnosis of FM, 12.6% (n = 125) participants had a score of ≥5. On the other hand, using LFESSQ criteria, 19.8% (n = 196) of the participants had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (pain alone or pain with fatigue) using the same cut-off.
