Serum IgG4 level predicts COVID-19 related mortality. (A) Serum IgG4 concentration, but not IgG1, IgG2, and IgG3, is significantly higher in COVID-19 non-survivors compared to survivors (p value < 0.05). (B) Increased serum IgG4 level (> 700 mg/L) and IgG4/IgG1 ratio (> 0.05) are associated with increased mortality in COVID-19 patients (p value < 0.05 for both survival analyses).
