Immunohistochemical staining of AR and EAP1 in human normal and tumor prostate specimens with different Gleason scores. AR (middle column) and EAP1 (right column) immunoreactivities were detected in the same cell nuclei. Hematoxylin and eosin–stained images are shown in the left column. All sections were taken from the same continuous specimen, and images were acquired at 40× magnification.
