NR regulates the NAD+-Sirtuin-MnSOD axis. (a) The NAD+ content was reduced in TAC grouped myocardium, while NR significantly elevated the NAD+ content in the TAC+NR group (P < 0.05). (b) NR treatment can significantly increase the activity of Sirtuin3 protein in the TAC+NR group (P < 0.05). (c) Western blot results show decreased Sirtuin3 expression in the TAC and TAC+NR groups (P < 0.05).
