Doxycycline does not modify Tg(FFI-26) motor dysfunction in the beam walking test. Mice were tested for their ability to walk on a suspended beam at the weeks of treatment indicated. Each mouse was tested three times and the mean number of hindfoot missteps (A) and mean time to cross the beam (B) were scored. Data are the mean ± SEM of 13 vehicle- and doxy-treated non-Tg, 12 vehicle-treated Tg(FFI-26) and 13 doxy-treated Tg(FFI-26) mice. A three-way RM ANOVA was used. In case of interaction effects, additional Bonferroni's post-hoc tests were done.
