Scatterplots and density plots represent continuous inter-biomarker correlations and distributions, respectively, with correlation (R) denoting Pearson’s coefficient with corresponding p-value. Bar graphs represent categorical inter-biomarker distributions with subtypes defined as described in study methodology.
