The pEC50 (negative log of the EC50) values of either Affimer (780A or 380A) or antibody (mAb 5D3 or mAb 5B1) when binding to different recombinant EPAC proteins were determined by ELISA or MST. The binding of Affimer to EPAC2ΔDEP and EPAC2-CNBD could not be determined because complete confidence interval could not be calculated for at least one parameter of the nonlinear regression curve fitting.
