Seeds were incubated for 24 h in tetrazolium red at 28 °C and the production of formazan is noted by measuring the absorbance of the incubation solution at 492 nm. The blue bars represent the control samples, the orange curves the air plasma treated seeds during 1 min and the red ones the 15 min treated seeds.
