1H11 increases potency of first-line OC therapies in vitro. (A) A patient survival analysis using the KM plotter database revealed that in serous mutant TP53 OC patients who received platinum-based chemotherapy, higher plectin mRNA expression is significantly associated with worse overall survival. (B–D) OVCAR8 cell viability was evaluated by SRB assay. Results demonstrate that dual treatment with 1H11 increases the potency of (B) cisplatin, (C) olaparib, and (D) doxorubicin.
