Effect of Aerosolized RTD-1 on BALF Cytokines in Murine Model of Chronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa Lung Infection. Cytokines were quantified from the BALF of C57BL/6 mice chronically infected with P. aeruginosa (RP73). The mice were treated with aerosolized saline or RTD-1 (167mg/kg) for 1 h for 6 days, starting 1 day after bacterial instillation.
