Effects of neutrophil activation by single or double stimuli on ROS production. Neutrophils were cultured in the presence of 123-DHR and in the absence or presence of GM-CSF (50 U/mL), fMLF (1 µM), TNF (1 ng/mL), and/or LPS (10 ng/mL). After 1 h of culture ROS production was analyzed using flow cytometry. (A) Representative dot plots showing the influence of neutrophil stimulation on ROS production.
