Western blot analysis of the protein expression of CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 in HepG2 cells after treatment with different concentrations of Tween 80 and EL−35 for 24 h. The L/M/H concentrations were set as follows: 0.05/0.1/0.2 and 0.025/0.05/0.1 mg/mL for EL−35 and Tween 80, respectively. The mRNA expression levels of CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 were normalized to GAPDH.
