Feasibility assessment radar graphs. A score is calculated in 6 critical parameters for each tracer candidate. Each parameter is scored on a 0–100 scale and plotted on the radar graph for performance comparison within and between antibodies. All six parameter scores were added up for a total feasibility score (Table 1) to determine the most feasible antibody-dye combination.
