The plot in the last row indicates which reference images were used for deriving the values in the respective column. The black markers indicate the values if only one reference image is used. The red and blue markers show the results for the RTA and ATR method, respectively. For combinations 9 and 12, the ATR method results in images with high standard deviation and low contrast and CNR, which are not within the range of the axis. The values in the colored columns are used for a detailed investigation.
