Let-7 miRNAs regulate CSCs via regulation of STAT3/NF$\mathsf{\kappa }$B/cytokine signaling as well as receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs)-mediated signaling cascades, including the Ras-RAF-MEK-ERK and PI3K/Akt pathways. Members of Let-7 family of miRNAs interact with the effector genes of JAK-STAT and NF$\mathsf{\kappa }$B to regulate proinflammatory responses, including cytokine production (right part).
