Δm138-MCMV infected cells were treated with dynasore (80 µM; Dy) at 4 hpi or left untreated (Ø), and at 6 and 14 hpi proceeded for immunofluorescence. (B) The percentage of MCMV infected cells (IE1-positive) with the perinuclear ring-like pattern of Grasp65, GM130, and Golgin97.
