Size of precursor mass range affects DIA identification. (a) In the Arabidopsis precursor library, most of the precursors are distributed across the mass-to-charge range of 400–700 (~62%). The size of precursor m/z ranges from 150 (m/z) to 800 (m/z) with a step-up of 50 (m/z) was systematically assessed for DIA–MS analysis. The experiment was conducted in duplicate.
