Figure 1

Evaluation of glutathione and reactive oxygen species of in vitro matured porcine oocytes at different concentrations of MSPNPs. (A) Oocytes were stained with (ad) Cell Tracker Blue and (a’d’) 2′,7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (H2DCFDA) to detect intracellular levels of glutathione (GSH) and reactive oxygen species (ROS), respectively, whereas (a,a’) control and (b,b’) MSPNPs-2.5, (c,c’) MSPNPs-5.0, and (d,d’) MSPNPs-10 matured oocytes. (B) Effects on intracellular levels of GSH and ROS in vitro matured porcine oocytes. * Indicates that there is a significant difference in the GSH and ROS levels between each group (p < 0.05). GSH samples, n = 60; ROS samples, n = 60. The experiment was independently replicated three times.
