HLMVEC were incubated for 6 h in fresh RPMI1640 (control) or in MDM-conditioned medium (MDM-CM), as described in Figure 5. The expression of the indicated genes was then measured by means of RT-qPCR, normalized for that of the housekeeping gene RPL15, and expressed relative to none in control cells (=1).
