tR retention time, FWHM full width half maximum, Rs resolution. A water–acetonitrile gradient (5% → 60% acetonitrile in 9 min) containing 2 mM ammonium acetate was used for separation. The flow rate was 0.2 or 0.4 mL/min, depending on the column length.
