NO2 and H2O2 concentrations (mean ± SD, n = 3) that was measured in the air-transient-spark-treated fresh apple juice compared to the ADI dose (NO2), which was calculated for a human with a 70 kg body weight. The shown measured and ADI values are directly comparable assuming the daily consumption of 1 L of the juice per person.
