No changes were detected by comparing the left and right VCx of CTRL rats. Data are expressed as mean optical density arbitrary units (a.u.) and presented as mean ± S.D. (C) show the Pearson’s correlation between the VGLUT-1 and VGLUT-2 in the VCx. Statistically different: a vs. CTRL; b vs. ONC; c left vs. right VCx (same treatment condition).
