The phylogenetic tree was constructed using three genes: ANR, ANS, and DFR. The protein sequences of the three genes were obtained from the reference genomic data of the 12 species (including Oryza sativa as an outgroup). The protein sequences were concatenated and aligned using the MUSCLE algorithm, and the analysis was performed using the maximum likelihood method. The numbers between nodes are bootstrap values indicating the reliability of the genetic tree, and branches have been colored with their family indicated on the right-hand side of the figure.
