MPO deficiency ameliorates plaque psoriasis ear thickening. Plaque psoriasis was induced on the ears of wildtype C57BL/6 and Mpo^−/− mice. Ears were measured at baseline prior to induction and then again on day five. Baseline ear thickness was subtracted from the final thickness per ear, shown as change in (Δ) thickness.
