Screening of B4GALNT2 gene interaction proteins by mass spectroscopy-assisted Co-IP. MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with lentivirus and the target gene was overexpressed. (A) Successful overexpression of 3×Flag-fused B4GALNT2 gene. (B) Detection of proteins of the whole cell lysate of overexpressed cells (Input-OE) and the normal cell (Input-NC) controls, confirmation of the normal exposure of Flag tag and its recognition by Anti-Flag antibody, and verification of the ability of IP in protein enrichment. (C) A Venn diagram illustrates the number of identical and different proteins in the experimental group and the control group.
