Structure of the stalled SARS CoV-2 RdRp complex with four molecules of Remdesivir. We show the structure of the stalled complex formed after incorporation of four molecules of RMP (magenta), labeled from 1 to 4 to give the order of incorporation. The RNA is in the pre-translocated state with the fourth RMP remaining in the active polymerase site (Pol site).
