Images of U-Hth83 and K2 orthotopic tumors by Xenogen and pictures of ex vivo tumors. Tumor cells (U-Hth83 or K2) were inoculated into mice thyroid orthotopically as described in Materials and Methods. Images of Xenogen were shown before treatment and after first and second cycles for LBH-589 or after 2-5 treatments for docetaxel and pralatrexate. Images of ex vivo tumors were shown underneath. Two mice from each group were shown here as examples.
