Vitamin premix was purchased from Guangzhou Everrich Animal Health Co., Ltd., (Guangzhou, China). It contained (per kg of premix): vitamin A, 4,000,000 IU; vitamin D, 600,000 IU; vitamin E, 25,000 mg; DL-methionine, 7,000 mg; L-lysine, 5,000 mg.
